Counseling Services

Support for individuals and couples looking for a different way of healing. Together we’ll work toward meaningful change that feels grounded and sustainable.

Individual Therapy

Individual counseling is a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without pressure or expectation. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface, helping you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

I also incorporate body-based approaches into our work. This means we won’t just talk through your experiences—we’ll pay attention to how they show up in your body and develop tools to regulate stress, process emotions, and create lasting change.

My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more connected to yourself, and more confident in how you move through your life.

Couples Therapy

Couples counseling offers a space to slow down, reconnect, and better understand one another. Whether you’re feeling stuck in conflict, struggling with communication, or wanting to strengthen your relationship, we’ll work together to identify patterns and build new ways of relating.

I bring in somatic awareness when helpful, supporting both partners in recognizing emotional and physical responses that impact communication and connection.

Couples sessions are 90 minutes to allow the time and space needed for deeper exploration and meaningful progress. My goal is to help you move toward a relationship that feels more connected, balanced, and aligned with what you both want.

Supervisory Services

I offer supervision for provisionally licensed practitioners in a supportive, collaborative space where you can learn, grow, and be real about the process. My style is focused on helping you build confidence while figuring out the kind of therapist you want to be—not just what you think you’re “supposed” to be.

We’ll talk through your cases, strengthen your clinical skills, and connect theory to what’s actually happening in the room, all while making space for your own voice and style to take shape.

My goal is for you to feel comfortable asking questions, being honest about challenges, and leaving supervision feeling more grounded and confident in yourself and your work.

Addiction counseling with me is individual, one-on-one therapy focused on understanding your relationship with your drug of choice and creating meaningful, lasting change. This is not an outpatient program or a structured treatment track—it’s a personalized space where we can explore what’s driving the behavior, build healthier coping strategies, and work at a pace that fits your life.

I bring over 11 years of experience working across every level of care, from outpatient to residential treatment, which allows me to meet you wherever you are in your process. Whether you’re just starting to question your relationship with substances or are further along in your recovery, we’ll focus on what actually works for you in a real way.

Addiction Counseling & Substance Use Evaluations

I offer substance use evaluations for individuals who need documentation for legal requirements or who are seeking a clearer understanding of their relationship with substances.

These evaluations provide a thorough, objective assessment and appropriate recommendations when needed. Appointments typically take about two hours, and completed evaluations are returned within 48–72 hours following the appointment.

Addiction Consultation

Addiction consultation is a supportive, judgment-free service designed for anyone who has a loved one struggling with addiction and isn’t sure what to do next. This is not therapy, but rather a space to gain clarity, ask questions, and better understand what your loved one may be experiencing.

Whether you are one person, a family, or a group of friends seeking guidance, these sessions offer an opportunity to talk openly about your concerns, get answers to what may feel confusing or overwhelming, and explore your options moving forward.

Each consultation session lasts approximately 90 minutes, depending on your situation. Some people find that one meeting is enough, while others may choose to schedule additional sessions. This is a collaborative process, but you remain in control and can decide what level of support feels right for you.

The goal is to help you feel more informed, grounded, and confident in how you choose to support your loved one.
