Julie D’Agosto, LIMHP, LADC

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with individuals and couples navigating addiction, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I have experience supporting diverse populations, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, and I strive to create a space where all clients feel respected, understood, and safe to be themselves.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, honest, and grounded in building a strong therapeutic relationship. I believe that healing doesn’t just happen through talking—it also happens through the body. I incorporate movement, body awareness, and grounding techniques when helpful to support emotional processing and nervous system regulation.

My work is rooted in helping clients better understand themselves, break free from patterns that no longer serve them, and move toward a more authentic and sustainable life.

I work to create a space that is inclusive, affirming, and grounded in respect. I am an ally and welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds. You don’t have to shrink yourself or fit into a mold here—You’re encouraged to take up space just as you are. Let's work together to help your mind and body find their way back to balance.

Outside of the office, you’ll usually find me experimenting with a new sourdough recipe, watching something mysterious, spending time with my favorite people, or dreaming up my next trip.

I’m also mom to Louie, the sweetest French Bulldog in existence. He is gentle by nature, hilarious by accident, and high maintenance because I can’t say no.
